hks acurate ¼mile?

I have a HKStype1 turbo timer that measures quarter mile time and was wondering how accurate it is b/c I have pulled a 14.41 and a 14.42 back to back on my stock 90' fwd. I had some higher times to but that was with major wheel spin? I my car a freak or is is not correct some how?

Most of those 1/4 mile timers are inaccurate anywhere from .2 - 1.0 seconds. I used one on my old Mustang and it was off by about .7. It said my car was faster than it really was...

Yea. Thats definately not accurate.
