I know a lady with 283, xxx miles on her 1G. its an auto, she said its on its second tranny. I guess she changes the oil every 2500 miles, changes all the belts every 30,000 miles and keeps everything up to date. She lives like 1 town over. and the body is perfect!

Ok Morph I know from the last time we went around you have me beat in mileage but I am only 4K on my first rebuild. My odometer reads 279,483 so I think I have the best milage/overhaul ratio. (except for the old lady with the perfect body?)

i just rolled 652,023 ha got ya beat folks, no major repairs but im on a 1.8L These are good little daily driver motors, my dad drove it around alot back and forth to california doing photography and stuff. Mostly highway miles.... And then i inheritated it.

A guy I used to work with had an old '80s model Toyota Corolla with almost 500K, if I remember correctly. Not sure how many engines that thing had gone through though...

But my GSX has a little over 80K on the body, and less than 9K on the engine CARFAX report says she averages under 5K miles per year, since she was bought. She was never a daily driver, I guess...From 1996 to now, she's only put on like 15-20K, though. Someone was either too broke to fix her, or too lazy to drive her.....
