higher rpm at idle when i turn the steering left or right???

hi there,

well i have this problem now, my car idles fine and steady at 0.800 rpm , however once i turn the steering wheel left or right the rpm will go to like 1.1K ??? any ideas ?

its usually the other way around , the rpm should go down when i load the engine right?

the car drives fine, however if i am just cruisng and turning left or right while i am at neutral or pressing the clutch my rpm will go high ????

The ISC is adding more air to compensate for the decrease do to the drag the P/S pump puts on the engine when you turn.
