Ok, time to ask the experts. I’ve used the search button, checked every post and can’t find the answer.

I use my car for long road trips. Problem is it just has really short legs. 80 MPH equates to almost 4000 on the tach.

Is there another differential out there with higher gearing that will mate up? Just want to lower the cruise RPM down. Less wear and tear on the engine and better mileage.

Thanks, the only gear I could find was a higher 1st.
