2G High throttle after HG and timing replacement.

So I just replaced the HG and all the timing components. Car fires right up but the idle is hanging at 2100 RPM. I can’t find anything that’s not hooked up or anything that’s hooked up wrong.

What could be my issue? I didn’t touch the BISS or make any adjustments to the throttle cable. All I did was unhook the cable from the TB when I removed the intake which I left hooked up to the head when I removed it.

Make sure the throttle is actually closed. Check the cable.

Yeah I think was the issue. I adjusted the cable and now it’s idling right at about 900-1k
