Lets start with what I have MAFT, S-AFC, 650 injectors. I have my AFPR set at 43psi. at idle. After the car is warmed up the ST fuel trims will climb to 17% and stay there fir a couple of seconds my #1 o2 readings will read like .04v and the cad will idle like shit. Now I have adjusted the base setting and the 1000rpm point on the S-AFC and still the same situation. It will up and down looking for stounch(sp) but seems to allways want to go to +17%. Yes I have replaced my #1 o2 sensor. Can someone please help. Could a vacuum leak cuase this?

Turn your idle knob up on the maft. The car is telling you what to do, just tune it.

Not to bring this post back from the dead or anything, just thought I'd add what I did to solve the problem. Maybe it will help someone else.

After installing my FMIC I knew my settings would be off, but not this bad. Lets start off with my EGT's. At cruise I was hitting 1550 to 1650 degrees so no room for high speed runs. Out comes the datalogger, same readings as before and timming is at 32 degrees advance at criuse.

So I zero'd all the MAFT setting and would'nt you know, idles smooth as glass fuel trims returned to normal. I then used the AFC to set my fuel trims.

Not knocking the MAFT, I bought it early when it first came out so maybe I need to send it back for the upgrade.
