How much would you guys pay for a High Rise Spoiler?

How do you put a "TAIL" on a trunk that doesn't have a "tail" entry?

How much would it cost to get put on?
or
How would you put it on your self?

Want it to look like this one, minus the back wiper. Was also thinking of taking the "3rd door" off an Eclipse and replacing mine, but would come out more expensive?

Drill holes and and line it up. Put nuts on and done. Or screws. The problem with that is, when you remove your old wing, there will be open holes since they dont use the same mounting points. You would have to get a cap or bondo and paint. That can get price but helps if you know how to do it.

My Rs didn't come with a tail, so no need to worry about open left over holes.
Just need to worry about lining the "holes" up for the "TAIL".

Just line it up and go with it.

Or if you can get the entire hatch w/wing from a junkyard you might be able to trade them your hatch as partial payment and do the swap at the yard.

If not get a friend with a truck and go looking on yards.

If I'm not mistaken, the trunk has indentions where it goes. My dad installed one on a GS using my GST as a model to place it and he said after he did all the measuring and marking, he seen that it was marked on the bottom. I still have the hatch minus the wing on it. I can probably try to upload a picture of where we put the holes.

hey. installing a high rise wing onto out car is easy, pull the 3 bolts holding the plastic cover under the hatch, and you will see an indent where the wing would attach to that you just need to drill. at the bottom of your windshield and go about to the edge of the hatch;by the crease; there is a spot to drill on both sides and there is 2 circles for the rear of the wing to get drilled into.

- i did it myself and on a scale of 1-10 on hard it was like a 3.

Thanks for all the feed back people!

There is a guy on CL selling one for 40$ and it has a "Crack" on it and wondering if I should buy it.
