high pitch squeeling noise?

hi, i have a 95 talon esi. there is a squeeling noise when i start it up and start turning halfway sharp, after the turn theres no noise, then after a while when it seems like its warmed up it only does it if the wheel is turned all the way one direction but does it either way its turned. It does this in nuetral also. i have searched for an answer but i dont think i found what i was looking for so i thought i'd see what yall have to say......thanks

Try replacing your belts.. Also check your power steering fluid while ur at it.. but first, definately your belts.
