Hello all,

So my problem is im getting really high knock.
On 10pi
Mods are:30 over je pistons, Eagle Rods, Balance shafts removed, 3" down pipe 3" gm mass air flow sensor, upgraded fuel pump 255 Lph, 550 injectors, Ported 16g Ported O2 housing, 2g ported exhaust manifold, act 2600, Fidanza Flywheel, 4 bolt, Logger.

RPMs Knock Timing O2
2406 0 35 0.71
3812 0 40 0.78
4000 0 31 0.16
4156 5 24 0.84
4687 4 28 0.82
4875 32 12 0.84
4937 43 7 0.84
My fuel trims never move lo 81% Mid 100% High 100%

I was running 93 oct

Does this look like a timing issue?
I was thinking of going to the track and trying some race gas! Would that help?

your o2 readings...that's lean as all hell. I don't think that's right. Are all your logs like that?

Yes, all the o2 readings are in that area, what should they be?
So how much more fuel do I need to add or just play with it?

O2's do look a little on the lean side for the factory O2 sensor but I have been shown otherwise in the past. Are you running a factory computer with that engine? I remember a few years ago I had that same problem when I swapped to my race engine. You see, the thing is...every engine makes more/less "noise" than the next engine. It just so happened that with my engine I would get 15 or more counts of knock at X psi no matter what I did. When I swapped to the AEM standalone I noticed that my knock count was different than others using the same system. Like I said, some engines make more/less noise than others. I had to adjust my knock noise table accordingly. I remember running through the traps with 43 counts of knock and 13 degrees of total timing :) Im not saying this is your problem, just giving you an example.

Ok, so what should my O2 levels be at?
Does adding more fuel fix that?

I was wondering if my aftermarket motor mounts could cause the motor to pick up more knock.

You can add fuel (I think most DSM's enjoy being around .91v at least mine did). You can try to retard timing. Try fuel first. Timing second. And I sincerely doubt that your motor mounts are causing this.
