high idle???

I purchased my 97 gst the other night it has 16g, exhaust, gm maf, 550cc 255fp, and apexi tuner and at idle it is around 1300-1500. Anyway I can change this? I'm new and I've been searching all day!

There is a biss screw on the tbody you can tighten. does the idle surge up and down or pretty steady? boost leaks, biss screw leaks, TPS not adjusted correctly are all factors to idle. Even flushing the coolant can help. There is a good page on high idle i dont remember but it was titled something about idle surge.

i have a 95 eclipse gs, non turbo...new parts-02 sensor, rebuilt head, full gaskets kit, intake. timing dead on. But after warm up my idle surges to 5k and bounces. Then while driving it stutters and falls on its face. There is also positive crank feed, i have a catch can on the small pcv valve that would run to the tubing of the intake. im new to this...any help would be appreciated. it was also a cali car, but has had the emmissions delete done to it
