As the title states, I have a problem with high idle. I've read all the troubleshooting guides, such as Terry's Talon Tips, but I'd just like to see what others think is most likely the issue.

First, whenever starting the car, it will idle a bit high till it warms up, and then settle around 750 (which is normal). As soon as I start driving it around, I will push in the clutch and it idles at 2k. I can even just not push in the clutch, and it will act like i'm applying constant throttle, keeping it at 2k RPM's. (althought my SAFC says I'm at 0% throttle)

The previous owner said he's just screwed the BISS in all the way, without using a scan tool. (improper way to adjust this BISS) I was wondering if he's ruined the ISC by doing so? How would I adjust the BISS properly/bettery back to the stock location?

Also, I plan on BLTing the car tomorrow, as well as the resistance of the ISC. My throttle cable is also loose, as in I can pull it off of the throttle body if i want. Should it be tight..?

Other info: I do not have link. I have a SAFCll. I also have a scan tool, although I'm not sure if it has the functionality to ground out the ISC to adjust the BISS.

I know that's a lot of different issues/ideas, I just want to have every possibility lined up to test/check out tomorrow. Thanks

So yesterday I had some time to work on the car. I found a few vacuum leaks, fixed them. I also plugged some vacuum lines, specifically the 'P' and the 'A' on the throttle body. My boost controller seems to be used on the 'E'. (Do I need those 'PEA' lines hooked up?)

I also took my ISC off, tested it. Coils 3/4/5 all are dead it seems, so I need to find another ISC. Any ideas on where to find one?
