1G High Idle only after putting into gear, restart car and it's fine, until I drive it.

Made a post about this the other day, was told to clean my IAC, so I did. Tore apart my entire intake and cleaned the shit out of everything. That fixed my problem for about 2 days. Now I go and start my car today, and it idles just fine, put it into gear start driving and then I put it into neutral, and oh! It's at 1500 rpms again and wont go down! So I run some tests, restart the car, idling just fine at the set 800 rpms that I put it at on my BISS, but as soon as I start driving it stays at 1500 rpms and doesn't budge unless I restart the car! I really need to know what the hell is going on and if this is something intake related or ECU related, or a leak! Because if it's hurting my car I really don't want to be damaging my DSM! It's only got about 90k miles!

This might help you out. I do believe the 90 TB/ISC is different though. Could use this as an opportunity to upgrade to a later version TB and rebuild it with new seals.
