High fuel pressure after motor swap

95 eclipse gs moor swapped out of a 97, I put the right fuel rail on it and the fuel pressure is still 10 psi to high. I've considered AFPR but I want to not spend to much on it ### I'm selling the car I would like to an aftermarket fuel rail. Maybe a fuel rail flange adapter? Suggestions?

How do you get 10 psi more fuel? How do you know and I would keep it stock and solve that problem versus buying afpr.

I have two fuel pressure testers and they both ready around 63 and if I can fix it by keeping it stock then I will

And also it runs rich u can smelly burning fuel

Try checking the vacuum supply through the fuel pressure regulator solenoid to the fpr if its ok then it really can only be the regulator.

Where's the solenoid and I sit possible tha the solenoid is bad? And could an o2 sensor do that?
