high fuel pressure after 255 install

Trying to tune after my walbro 255 and 1000cc injectors and my fuel press is 60 psi. I have a fuel lab afpr and turn the screw one way it goes up and the other makes no difference.screwed the screw almost all the way out and still 60 psi. I had a 190 installed with it set at 43psi and no issues. The pump was for a mustang and the screen was made different but I figured a walbro 255 should be the same. Any suggestions?

Not sure my aeremotive set just fine at 43psi, mustang pump? Mine was universal. I also use a 255.

It was free a guy I work with he ordered it from summit for his mustang. The bottom where the strainer.goes on was big like 3/4". I looked at the number and it said 255.

I don't know if this helps but you have to take off the vac line and cap it with your finger to set base fuel pressure. I am about to install my fuel lab fpr tonight. I have a rewired evo 8 fuel pump.
