420A High coil pack resistance

I tested my coil pack's resistance and i was getting .9 on the primary. But my secondary was at 13500. Im not getting any spark and im relatively new to dsms. Could this be the problem or is .9 normal for the primary?

.9 is normal. Check your power transistors (assuming you now have them and a turbo ECU since you have added a turbo).

I have 1.4 ohms on the primaries. Replace?

1.4 may still fire plugs but spark will be weak (IMHO I'd replace soon). 2.0L turbo spec (and 2.4L) is 0.70-0.86 ohms when cold. [Resistance may increase outside this range when coil is warm.]
