2G High beams wont turn on

I recently changed my bulbs with brand new silverstars 9006 low beam and 9005 high beam. I also replaced my daytime running lights module so the highs would come on at half voltage on DRL mode (which they do now). Its weird because when i pull the switch to flash the high beams, the lows will come on and the high beam indicator light on the dash will come on. While the lows are on already and i try to engage the high beams, only the dash indicator light will come on but nothing else will change. Any thoughts?

Note: i have removed the fog lamps, could this have something to do with it?

Did you have the Switch out? Any chance that you could of broke the switch?
