Calgary,
Hey guys, I've been rewiring my car after a friend put the jumpers on the wrong way. Anyways, I am trying to trace back a short for the high beams. When I test the fuse under the hood I get power on both sides. I was wondering if someone can test their own vehicle and tell me if power is supposed to be found on side towards the front of the car, or rear of the car, when the high beams are on. Thanks for your help.

On a side note, if anyone knows how the circuit is supposed to work, your input would be appreciated.
