Hi, I'm new and could really use your help!

I just purchase my first DSM's. One's a 95 RS and the other is a 95 GS. The tranny was bad in the RS, but the car ran. I changed the tranny out of the GS to the RS and now my car won't start. No spark, fuel pump runs, cam sensor has signal. Is it possible my computer went bad all of a sudden? Does this car have a factory car alarm or something stupid I don't know about? Is there a way to test the computer?

I really appreciate any input since I'm a newbie to the scene. I'm excited about owning them, but now want to drive them . Thanks

Its more than likely something that was disconnected during the process wasnt connected back on...
