newb here. new to the dsm world kinda.......my best bud is a dsm guru and he got me into it. i'm buyin his bro's 91 tsi that has some work done to it. it had a low compression #4 so i got the head and everything off...bout to pull the rods/pistons to check and figure if the piston or rings was at fault.

i'm looking to figure or find the best deal on good pistons and rings, rod bearings, and i'm bout to research the coil on plug conversion. currently have the gm maf mod, but i'm gonna look into converting to map shortly.

so far the tsi is modded with::::
built trans with stg 3 clutch and aluminum flywheel
stock rebuilt *will be shortly* motor with crower 280 cams
all emissions blocked off
tubular manifold with ported big evo 3 turbo and ported o2 housing
full 3" mandrel exhaust
gm maf
prothane motor mounts
eprom ecu
lowered on 17s
buncha other lil stuff
