Help with tuning my car

I live in Northern VA near Springfield area. I just got my ECU+ install and the guy who installed it doesnt really know much about ECU+ so he didnt really tune it. We didnt do any run or pull whatsoever he just mess with my fuel a lil and thats it. I need it completely tune. So if you know alot about tuning and would like to help me please let me know....ill pay accordingly.
