Not too sure what happened.. i was driving my car the other day, and switch from 2nd to 3rd then heard a clunk as i was doing it and released the clutch and thought i was in gear but i wasnt in neutral. So i pushed it up into 3rd again and it was fine!! Came to a stop light, thought i had put it into 1st but when i tried to go it was like i was in 5th... tried to put it in 1st and nothing would happen.. tried to put it in 2nd and grinding is all i got.
i went out side this morning to check it out and it seems to be stuck in a gear im thinking is 3rd.

Note.. i believe my 1st-2nd syncho was going out cause it would grind from 1st to 2nd almost every time i shifted.. but this i don't believe is caused by the syncho going completely out because i can't even get it into Reverse!

Can some one please help me understand my problem??

Thank you!

That trannys done if you can get those gears rebuild and replaced do it if not just buy another one

well thankfully i got bought a used one a few months back cause this one was grinding on me and i was tired of it.. i just haven't swapped it in cause i lost my DL and i only drive my car for like 5 mins once a week!
i figured the tranny was done for, i just needed to insure it was from you all!
the clutch has about 5k miles on it and its a ACT 2100 so im sure its not that! But there isn't nothing really pointing to the clutch anyways!

Now i just needed to find some one to swap the trannys for me, i would love to save the money and do it myself but i live in an apartment and failed to get a garage! SO NO GO for me doing my own work! :/
