help with rubbing while making right hand turns

Here my problem: Every time I turn right I hear a rubbing sound from the passenger rear side. It rubs so much that it brings the car to a stop. Any ideas or similar problems. The car is stock height and with stock wheel.

Have you looked back there to identify what is actually rubbing?

Take the tire off and check the brakes and suspension components out.

I had a bad left rotor from a previous owner only changing one rear pad, it would howl like a banshee when making left turns. I'd hope its that, if not I'd check out your suspension. If you can't find the problem after that I'd report back.

It doesn't really make sense to me that it would rub when weight on that wheel is weaker. (the car leans to the left when turning right).

It also doesn't make sense to me since the rear wheels don't steer.

I agree with everyone here that you need to inspect the right rear wheel, and in fact, I suggest you inspect all of them. And inspect the suspension itself. I mean, it could be a broken strut mount or something.

Brings the car to a stop? Craziness. That's serious damage and hopefully you aren't driving the car any more than you need to, to figure out what the problem is. You might have better results putting the car on a lift or on jack-stands.
