Help with missfire!!!

help, something is wrong with my car. I had the car apart for a while because I had to change out the O-ring on the main water pipe. Anyways I get everything back together, start the car up, let it idle(only had around 15 Hg), drive around the block, boosted it and got a 25 lb spike!!! Kinda scary with my 16g on stock fueling. So I drive around for a couiple minutes, get gas, and then the car doesn't start...get the car jumped and now has a bad miss and again died when I got home. What could be the problem:

-Bad alternator or blown fuse
-fouled plug or bad wires
-hole in piston after the huge spike
-vacumn leak

Any suggetsions?

Think i found my problem- Blown alternator fuse.

Yea That Sounds Like The Problem Blown Alternator Fuse Or Bad Alternator
