I just got my MAFT installed in a blow through set up. You can check my profile for my setup, the only addition is a FMIC and 2.5" exhaust. We got everything hooked up, aand set the maft initial setting for 450cc injectors (base dial at 2). The car starts up, but when I check the pocketlogger the fuel trims are all at 162. I read here on a 1g they should be at 100. So I richen it up a bit. I got the low trim down to 132, but then it starts to peg the O2 sensor at high voltage. The MAFT instructions say that means it's too rich? Am I going about this completely wrong? I didn't do too much else because I dind't want to hurt it. If you need anymore information I can provide it.

It cycles when the car warms up. But after I richen it up, it gets pegged up at high voltage. It is a brand new sensor, installed it right after we got the intercooler and MAF-T done

Before the 02 sensor was changed, and the MAF-T and intercooler added, the car was running horribly rich. Had it on the dyno and it was puffing out a bit of black smoke then, so I can't see why it would be running so lean now.

Not that I know of. I took it to a local DSM shop today and he was helping me out. We got the low fuel trim down to 120, but that was with +35% airflow at idle, so it was hitting boost cut at 14/15 psi :| So another guy there hooked up his laptop with TMO to it. TMO showed 90-100 mid and high fuel trims at idle, whereas Tunerstein on my palm was showing 162. It also showed that my idle was rich, so we leaned it out to about +10-15% and got close to 100. They said they think I'm flowing too much air for my injectors and that I should probably get some 550s and an AFC, which were in the plans anyway, I just didn't think I needed them yet.
