Hi I just purchased the T28 garrtet tubro along with 750 CC injectors and A/F wideband and going to tune it using Ecu reflash or AEM im unsure. My cousin gave me a brand new fuel pump Walbro but I have no idea what kind it is.

Should I upgrade my fuel pump in this situation? or is it not needed?
I plan on running like 18 or 19psi once everything is tuned and installed

heres a pic of the fuel pump

I would try and contract Walbro and give them the part number to make sure you know which pump you have. If it's a 255, you'll need an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. A 190 pump will not overrun the stock fpr. Another option is an EVO 8 or 9 fuel pump.

Get a Walbro 255, an afpr is suggested but not absolutely mandatory.
