Can anybody please tell me where this line goes? It’s on the left side of the engine bay 420a. Across from the timing belt and cover

Also what is this sensor right here for? I broke it off. Is it a ground or something?

The second picture is a condensor (capacitor). The body is it's ground you broke off the lead likely from the coil power feed.
Okay good to know.thank you. Any idea what the first picture goes to?

And what’s the capacitor do? And how do I fix the ground part broken off?

Can't say anything about the first, 420A aren't really in my area of expertise.

Checking the electrical diagrams I'm guessing it's the A-64 capacitor shown here. (you have the manuals, right?)
