I gought some coilovers off the internet. They are GC coilovers with AGX shocks. When i got them, they were already assembled, but i think some stuff is missing. If anyone could take a look at

maybe you could help me. Also, does anyone by any chance have the instructions that GC sends you with a 1g kit that they could send my way. I would really appreciate it. Thanx!

You need to use your stock bumpstops and upper plates. You should also trim about a fifth to a quarter off your bumpstops before installing them. You should also cut off those huge spring perches from the front struts; they are just ugly extra weight. Otherwise, you're all set.

IIRC, the link posted by pneumo will walk you through it.

And please use a spring compressor.

thank you both for your help. I read the vfaq and i can install them no problem. I was also pretty sure the front were complete. But if you look at the rears, there is nothing at the top of the spring to keep in center on the shock. Are you saying that piece is part of my stock shocks? The vfaq shows a black rubber top hat for the rears instead of the silver one for the fronts. I dont have that though. Is that part of stock shocks?

The fronts rotate when you steer, so they have that plate to keep the springs from binding. The rears don't rotate, so they don't need a plate.
