HELP!! Windws,locks,AC dont work, Just finished installing O2Housing?????

guys help me out asap. My CD player. AC, Windows and everything else will not work???? I just put the battery cable back on drove it around the neigboorhodd after i finished up on the o2 housing, and i turn on my headlights and the horn goes offf?!??!?!?! What the hell, help me IVe heard of this before but dont know what i did wrong...Tony

Ok so i blew a alternator fuse, how does this happen?
