HELP! What fuel Pump

we were told that a car that a friend of myne just bought haaaad a fuel pump in it.
how can we find out with out logging it?
how can i access the pump itself and locate to look at it, and see?
i know its behind the driver in the trunk right?
please help asap.

Its under the rear seat on the passenger side. Remove the seat and you will see a wiring harness on that side going into a square thing with 4 screws, remove this piece...etc. etc. etc. Here is a link on how to install the pump, just go by those directions to remove it to take a look....well the link was here but he beat me to it and we dont need a repeat
