hey guys,

so my coolant line from the turbo broke, and i ordered some braided lines off ebay for the oil feed and return, coolant feed and return.

my problem right now is that none of the fittings he gave me fits the part where the coolant pipe is in front of the block. i threw away the line a while ago, i regret it because now i dont remember wth kinda fitting it is on there....im wondering where i can get one of those or if any of you guys have pics of what it looks like...cause i need to put my turbo back on there and get it on the road asap. what can i do?...nobody is this shity town im from has a talon either!

Are you talking about the Banjo bolt on the front of the block and the coolant line that attaches with it?

yeah....the turbo coolant line that hooks up to the water pipe in front of the block. im not sure what size fiting i need from the actual water pipe...i need to know what the hell to look for.

i could probably use an extra line i have from another turbo, i just need to know what SIZE or what kind of fitting is on that water pipe..u know what i mean?
im sure i can get something at the part store and then hook it up with a small fuel hose to an extra line i have.

im not quite sure what you mean, are you saying i should eliminate water cooling for the turbo?

the line that broke....both ends are not the same....so the item you suggested on ebay would not do the trick. unless i have a miss understanding on what you mean. please specify thanks.

the line i am talking about, runs from the turbo to the water pipe in FRONT of the block and has a flare and a banjo bolt.

You can screw a 16MM X 1.5 fitting for braided line into the coolant pipe, you will have to make the braided line but it is a good way to go. You will also need the fitting that screws into the turbo, and the crush washers for each fitting. The Fragola part number is #491963 for the water pipe adapter. It will be -6an line.
