HELP! stuck shifter bushing!

yes this is a repost but nobody would respond b4. the shift cable bushing is rusted/corroded or w/e but it is STUCK. ive used liquid wrench and all that worthless crap and cant twist, turn, or pull this DAMN THING OFF. i need to get this back together to drive to work today and im freaking out. and my console and all that is ripped apart.....

Shifter plate bushings, under the console? Or Shifter cable bushings under the hood? Stock or aftermarket bushings?

stock under the hood. but i got it off. i dont have any damn tools cuz my dad took his toolbox when he went hunting. i forgot i had a locking pliars in my trunk that i use to support the broken hatch struts. i locked that mother on it and took my pocket torch to it till the rubber started to melt around it and started twisting it off. o btw now my ####ing tranny is really noisy
