Help Stripped bolt!!!!!!!!!

Ok there is a bolt that wont go forward or backward and I need it out so I can prep my fender for paint and for when i put in the new plastic. I tryed heating it up to remove it but it is attached to a small peace of metal and I dont want to snap it off.

try putting pressure againts the back side of the bolt while turning it. if not just cut the bolt off as close to the metal as possible. ??

i tried putting pressure on the back but it still wouldnt loosen so i should cut it then do what?

cut it and then pull it out or place the body panel against something solid and tap the rest of the bolt out.

you can soak it in wd-40 or marvel mystery for about 30 mins or so then dry the surface and try heating it up again.

if that doesnt work take a cutoff wheel to it

+1 Cutting it off as close as possible. Once it is cut off, drilling it out would be the best way to go IMO. Just go slow and have a steady hand.

I ended up snapping/cutting those all off. Then I just drilled and tapped them to a larger size, and used hardware from the local store to bolt them back on.
