help please ....timing problem MD dsmer's

please some body help me with my timing i have tried to do it but i cant figure it out it ...the exhasut cam gear is off by about three to four nothches each time someone please help ....i can either pay or give some parts to anyone willing to help ......please please please i cant stand seeing my baby like this for the love of g_d please help me im scared of doing it again and possibly killing my engine
