Ok guys , look I was pressurizing my Intake track for boost leaks and noticed when I was under Pressure that I could hear a dripping sound near the block. Sounded as if it was in the motor im almost 100* sure of that......

Puffs very little white smoke when Flooring briefly while sitting Still.

any Ideas.

Think I need new boost juice?

yea just do a boost fluid flush. Any local lube shop will do it. If you are a diy guy just go to autozone and get the boost fluid ( dot 4 for high boost applications ) and open the drain plug on the lower intercooler pipe. Once it's completely done draining put in a little of the new stuff and flush it out. Then put the plug back on and put in 1 qt of boost fluid. If you overfill it will take longer to hit full boost. Good luck.

white smoke generally is coolant. As far as the bubble sound when you pressurize ... mine always did that too when I would pressurize the system.

Ok thanks , what would make it only blow coolant for just a second when the RPMS are falling back down to idle ? also so when you pressurized yours it sounded like there was something dripping In-side your oil pan ? thanks

sounds like your head gasket blew out. The white smoke you see out the exhaust is coolant.

were doing a compression test tomarrow but, i thought it would smoke more with a blown headgasket.....at idle theres NO smoke that can be seen.....thanks guys keep the suggestions comming :dsm:

reason for that is there is really no pressure on the HG at idle. You have a minor blown gasket but it will get worse. If you find its not the HG have the head magnafluxed checked for cracks but more thatn likely its the HG itself. Use a stock HG with ARP studs torqued to 75- 80 FT LBS

Ok thansk for all this help but ill also let you know this , when im actually "on it" (still in the garage not in gear) it doesnt do it at all , only when the rpms are falling and its not every time the rpms start falling either it only did it twice out of like 6 or 7 times up to 4600 rpms.....so its pressurized the whole time but when i let off the gas it gives like a puff of white smoke soo still couldit be the HG ?
