Help!! ISC wiring..

Ok my car was acting up really bad last night i was out for a cruse and all of a sudden my car dies at the stop light and it had a very low and rough idle and after that it wood keep on doing that in every light ..
So this morning i take my ISC out and i notice that there's two wires just sitting there not sure how this happen i have never even toched my isc so i was wondering if you guys can help me out the two wires that are just anging there are both green but one of them as a yellow stipe and the other one has a black stripe here is a pic of my plug as you can see the wires ripped out of the plug and there's no way i can just tape/solder them back together any suggestion?
wich wire goes on top the green whith the yellow or the green whith the black stripe?

Green with black goes on top.
Green with yellow goes on bottom.
(I'm pretty positive these are right, but if someone could verify, I'd appreciate it.)

Is there any way you can take the plug apart and reinsert the wires somehow? I haven't tried taking that one apart yet, but I have done it with other plugs.
