do you know what the hp limit is on this turbo?
Not sure what kind of HP you're looking for, but this turbo is rated to around 36 lb/min and some have even logged 38 lb/min. How your setup puts this airflow to use is up to you.
what can i do to it to make it flow like a 20g?
Ummmm...sell it and buy a 20G? :p

I don't know what answer you're looking for there. It's impossible to make small turbos generate big airflow because of their wheel limitations. If you could make big power with a small turbo then more guys would keep T25's on their 2G's.

This turbo will spool like a 14B but have roughly 2-3 lb/min more of peak airflow. If you want more airflow, you need a bigger turbo.

what amount of boost can it handle? 20-psi good?
That turbo should handle any amount of boost you throw at it, for the most part. The TD05H center housing is proven into the 30's of PSi on turbos like the FP Green, FP Red, and other Frankenstein 20G's....so durability shouldn't be an issue.

You can realistically push any compressor beyond what the map claims it's rated for....the only thing you'll lose is compressor efficiency. Just because a certain map says a compressor will level off at 38 lb/min around 25psi doesn't necessarily mean you can't run higher boost; you'll just need a really efficient intercooler or possibly water / meth injection to cool the air charge as it will be quite hot.

My bro gave the guy $150 for it. Was it a good deal? No in and out play, maybe a little if any up and down. but it does have a small crack near the wastegate flapper...but it has to be welded shut anyway for an external w/g setup..thing...?

will a big 16g cover and wheel fit on this?
