Help. I need the fusebox cover plan

My car came without the fusebox cover that's located under the steering wheel. Can somebody please take a pictures so I know which fuse is which. I think I might have a blown fuse so that's why I need it. Thanks in advance

Hope it's a 2g heres a pic of a 2g. The place that you can't see to good is for a sunroof 20amp fuse. If you can't read it this should help. Left side 1. 10a Anti-theft 2. 10a Turn lamp 3. 10a Back up lamp 4. Blank 5. 15a AMP Middle 1. 30a Heater 2. 10a Door lock 3. 20a Wiper 4. 10a Gauge 5.blank 6. 30a Defogger Right side 1. 20a Sunroof 2. Blank 3. 10a ELC 4. 15a Cigar Lighter 4. 10a Heater Relay
