HELP Fuel System Shutdown

The fuel system is not working at all the fuel pump does not turn on at all unless you wire it directly to the battery. However the injectors dont spray any gas at all. I have changed
-Ecu
-Relay near the ecu
-Injectors
-Fuel Pump
-Fuses
I have no idea what would shut down the fuel system like this so i come here to ask for any help in were to check next i have hours into testing and looking for a solution thank you.

If it works when directly connected to the battery then you might have a break in the harness wire. This break could possibly cause problems with the injectors as well.
