Help Cant mount Transfer case, Stripped threads in tranny~

Ok so this may not be a newbie question, but i cant post anywhere else and nothing came up on search. The previous owner of my 93 tsi managed to over tighten all 5 transfer case bolts, theads came out on the bolts. Is there anything i can do?? i was thinking heli-coil but ive never seen one that big?

the biggest sizes i know of are

1/2 for SAE

And 12 mm for metric

Check with a mechanic or machine shop and see if they can get the helicoils for you. FWIW, the bottom bolt on my t-case is stripped. I just ran a long bolt straight through, stuck a nut on it and cut the bolt off flush since there is very little space between it and the support beam behind it.

Ill have to try that, i know i can get behind one of the rear bolts also, not to sure about the rest.
