I just installed my Urethane Blitz body kit and it saggs under the headlights and creates a gap since there is no support. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you use for a supporting bracket to hold it up tight?

ouch, that sucks, u gotta have to make some kind of clamp that goes from the kit to something that will hold it up, or im not sure if u can mold urethane.

I live in northern Michigan and the roads here suck. If I bought fiberglass it would brake going down my driveway let alone driving on our roads. I'm sure I can make a bracket, but I was hoping to see if someone else already had so I can get some ideas.

Dont screw it. Try using some kind of heavy glue or the black bracket that goes between the headlights that the kit bolts to might be able to to be bent up bringing the front up.

Remove bumper or headlights and use a heatlamp or heatgun to soften the urethane pulling it upwards past where you need it then let it cool. This would allow the headlight to push it back down to where it belongs. You could also put a piece of protective door molding under it with two sided tape to help support and stiffen it. Don't leave the heatlamp on it unattended or for too long. A jet heater will also work if your careful.

Thanks for the input so far. I dont want it connected to my headlights. I dont want to heat it and shape it either. It needs support to help hold the whole bumper up. Right now it being held on by the top center bolts under the hood and a couple bolts on each side where it connects to the fender. I am going to use round tubing to help brace the sides in the wheel well so that dont flap or move because of wind resistance. I was hoping someone had come up with a metal bracket/shelf that the bumper would have to slide over under the lights that would hold it up tight. I guess I'll just have to get creative.
