What Size Drill Bit And Tap Should I Use With The Autometer Probe?? Also I Decided To Tap In O2 Housing, So Does Anyone Have A Pic Or Descripton Of Exactly Where In The O2. Thanks Guys, I Know Ive Been fulll Of Questions!!!!!!!!

Have you tried the vfaq.com site. they have all this type of stuff on there. Otherwise you should be able to find it on the autometer site.

I was going to ask the same exact same question. On Vfaq they just talk about this Aircraft Spruce and Specialty Company EGT gauge, not an autometer. i just went on autometers website and i came up with this. hope it helpshttp://www.autometer.com/download_instruction/652F.pdf

If your adapter is 1/8" NPT you want to drill with a "R" sized drill bit as the preferred choice or if you don't have that 11/32" or 8.70mm will work as well. As for the tap, if its a 1/8" NPT adapter you will obviously will want to use a 1/8" NPT tap.
