Greetings my heater fan won’t kick in. It’s gst eclipse 1996.The ac buttons when I pressed the fans work fine and normal. I was blurring the system and put funnel to burp all bumbles and heater on high wait for fans to turn on but never did had it for 20-30 mins idleing. Thanks

I think you're talking about the radiator fan not the heater blower fan.

The 2G controls the fans via the ECU. The ECU has a temp sensor in the thermostat elbow and as part of the emission reductions doesn't run the radiator fan unless it really has to since it draws a lot of current and may cause the ECU to turn the alternator on and load the engine.

If both the radiator and AC fans turn on when you push the AC button you know that the fan works and that the ECU fan relay output is working along with the relay so it sounds like the coolant temp wasn't high enough for the ECU to turn the fan on.

If you have DSMLink you could command the fan on via the client for testing or change the table for when the fan is activated.
