2G Headlights stay on

I have a 1997 GST and for some odd reason my headlights wont turn off. I turn them off but they still stay on. So for the time being I'm just disconnecting the battery. Can any one give me a heads up on where to start or an idea of what this might be caused by? I already checked out the relay and its fine.

Presuming nobody's monkeyed with the wiring, I'd say the switch is bad.

Other possibilities are the headlight relay or the wiring to.
Pull the relay out of the underhood box & see if they go out.
That'll get you a little closer to figuring it out.

im thinking its the switch as well. Im goin to check it out tomorrow and see.

i changed out the switch and they still stay on. I also switched the relay around with a another one and its still doing the same thing. Any one have any ideas where else i should look?
