Headlights!!! HELP!!!!!!!

Please, anyone help!!! Don't shot me for creating this topic. I just don't know where and whom I can ask about this!! i saw this picture in gallery.

Is it possible to make this kind of ROUND HEADLIGHTS instead of plane one??
Or it possible to buy it somewhere in America, Europe?? Please help!!

the most probable answer is that they are custom made...hope your good at wiring
