Today when i was coming out from work i noticed some condensation on the inside of my passenger headlight. there wasnt any water laying inside, just some small droplets on the inside of the lens. how can i remove this and stop it from happening again?? i looked at the lens and i didnt see any visible cracks. is my headlight shot or can it be fixed. thanks

Yeh. It's possibly coming in around the edge seam between the reflector housing and the lense, or if you're missing your caps behind the bulbs, or if the gaskets on the caps are blown.

To dry it out, pull both bulbs and plug the exhaust from a shop vac into one of the holes and blow it out. If you need to directly blow some droplets away, use a piece of ½" heater hose duct-taped onto the vac hose.

I just let mine dry themselves out then siliconed where the 2 pieces of headlight meet. Never fogged again?

You can also just hairdry the thing.. then go to Wal-Mart or wherever and buy clear silicone for $2 and reseal it.
