Help on removing headlights

I have a Black '96 Eclipse GS-T and just bought two carbon fiber Angel Eye projection headlights for my car (cant wait to put them on!) and I was wondering if anyone has insructions on removing the headlights. I know you need to remove the front bumper or something, or atleast thats what i've heard. HELP PLEASE! THANKS!

you can do it that way if you want, but i think that this way is much much easier
