Hey, i got just enough money right to either buy new pacesetter headers or a new crank pulley. All i wanna know is the installation process for both of them, how long will it take primarily for someone to install the crank pulley granted they know what they are doing? And also, i need to buy a new timing belt, how much and how long does it take to install a timing belt?

looks like u on the wrong path here guy. modding is great but there is an order to it so u get the best bang for your buck. I took a look at ur mods ans wish list. stay away from the pacsetter header. that or plan on having it rewelded and coated. a few guys here got it and had some bad luck. they are cheap though. there are varying opinions on the crank pullys. biggest one: is the harmonic dampener nessisary? some say yes some say no. buschure is the only company to have a dampened under drive pully. where your at an exhaust would do you alot more good and help you along with your upgrades more that either of the two mods u have listed.

yeah, that was one of things i was gonna do in the upcoming months. I wanted to wait for the winter to be over before i put one of those on, preferrably the apexi-n1 catback and downpipe. But about the crank pulley, you're saying that i should go with the buschur model over the regular ones sold on other mod sites? I've seen that one before and read up on it, and was still a possibility, but what does the dampener do that would be more beneficial?

Pulleys:

1. MachV is right about the pulleys
2. There are so many much better ways of making power from a turbo DSM!

Headers.

1. Headers do not offer big improvement on turbo engines.
2. Headers tend to crack on daily driven turbo cars.
3. Cheap headers (like Pacesetter) tend to crack much faster than good headers ($500+).

This is not advanced. Thread moved.

LOL. Did you used to own a Mustang? Those are mods you'd do on an 8cyl, these are 4cyl turbo motors. The differences are huge.

First of all there is only one header and that doesn't need to be replaced until you're making serious power. I'm not going to explain to you all the workings of our motors becuase everything you need to know is here on this site. You have a LOT of reading to do.
