header? help

my stock manifold is craked and i was wondering if it would be worth getting a tubular header since i'm only runnin a 14b? whould it hurt or help me?

If you really have that much money to spend, get a larger turbo!!

I do not think it will hurt you but why? Get a used 2G off of some classified board and port it yourself. Much cheaper and on a 14b it would work just dandy!

i've never done any porting. does it have to be ported to go on a 1g?

Nope just to make it flow better. You would be fine with a regular old 2G manifold.

Cast is weldable. Get it welded (grind away at the surface and fill in the crack), then spend your money elsewhere. A 2G mani is a great upgrade too! Don't bother with a tubular...
