Header Problem.... HELP

Hey Guys, I recently bought a turbo header off ebay couple months ago from Xoxo racing for my 4g63T motor im building up..
well i went 2 bolt it on and the second pipe coming off the head from right 2 left.. 1,2,3,4 ( i know this isnt the firing order) neways it hits the head before i can even get the flange mounting part tight against the head.. ###### a 1/4-1/2 inch . I spose i could take a board and hammer and try and smash the pipe down get it 2 fit.. im just worried about performance on that cylinder.. has neone had problem with this header..????

Hey... well i just tried looking up the auction and going back 2 it and i cannot find nething or even find the header on ebay.. i bought it without the external wastegate. and now im stuck with header i paid 176.00 for and only choice i have is to bend the pipe to get it to fit.

I thought those ebay headers would at least bolt on ,before the welds crack.
