head lights wont whut off? tranny makes weird noise!

O.k. so i have a 95' GST. just did the 6 bolt block swap with 7 bolt head. The car has been running fine until just today it started making a strange rattling noise near the tranny and now my head lights wont shut off.

I pulled the timing cover today to see what was going on due to another problem, and im wondering if maybe the noise is because i ripped a mount or two? however, i have no idea why my head lights wont shut off?!?!?! :confused:

Any input would be greatly appreciated!
